By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Hawt Detail provides mobile auto detailing services in Fullerton, CA and surrounding Orange County areas. Service quality, time, and final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific service requested. We reserve the right to adjust quoted prices on-site if the vehicle's condition significantly differs from what was described at booking.
Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are confirmed via text and email. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. If we're running late, we'll communicate as soon as possible. We require a parking spot with enough room to work safely around the vehicle.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules when possible. Weather-related reschedules are always free. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. For larger services (ceramic coatings, paint correction), a deposit may be required at booking.
Satisfaction & Liability
We don't consider a detail complete until you've inspected it. If something isn't right, tell us before we leave and we'll address it. Hawt Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear-and-tear conditions that may be revealed during the cleaning process. We take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for damage caused by loose parts, worn paint, prior repairs, or items left in the vehicle.
Excessive Conditions
Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, mud, biohazards, or odors may require add-on services and additional time. We'll always quote you before starting any add-on work.
Website Use
You may not use this website to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, post harmful content, or violate any law. All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Hawt Detail and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawt Detail's liability for any claim arising out of services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated date.
